The Day of the Dead holiday, or Día de los Muertos, culminates on Nov. 2, and Angelenos have marked the occasion in recent days with activities including processions and altars at gravesites to honor the deceased. Hundreds attended one of the nine nights of processions on Olvera Street. And at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, relatives created altars for loved ones and even some celebrities, such as Gary Coleman. Follow along in the photos in the gallery above.
